Virtual Reality experience
Not technically home automation but if you want to experience Virtual Reality head down to Somerset House in London for the Bjork Digital experience.
The exhibition includes Black Lake, Björk’s groundbreaking immersive film where the audience is treated to panoramic visuals and enveloped by a bespoke, cutting edge surround-sound system provided by one of our suppliers Bowers & Wilkins.
The second experience was shot on location on a remote, windswept beach in Iceland and is viewable in full 360-degree VR, the viewer will be able to experience a one-to-one recital.
In Mouthmantra VR, the director captured intense footage from inside her mouth whilst she sings the title track of her new album, her teeth and tongue twisting and seemingly taking on a life of their own.
Lastly (I personally felt the best) presents Björk as a digital moth giantess transformed by stunning masks created by artist James Merry. Full 360-degree VR in 3D. Truely stunning.
The exhibition ends the 23rd October so book now. Also you need to be their on time as you go round in groups, late comers cannot be admitted.
